This website is owned and operated by Nigel Pascoe, providing confidential coaching and pastoral care services in Guernsey, Channel Islands.

 

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling any personal information in a way that is clear, simple, and responsible. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it’s used, and how it’s protected.

 

1. What Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum personal information needed to offer our services, such as:

  • Your name and contact details (if you get in touch)

  • Any information you choose to share during a conversation or meeting

We do not collect information about you through this website automatically, and we do not use tracking cookies or marketing tools.

 

2. How Your Information Is Used

We use the information you provide:

  • To respond to your enquiry

  • To arrange and carry out support sessions

  • To keep simple records for administrative or safeguarding reasons (where appropriate)

We do not use your data for marketing, sell it to anyone, or share it unnecessarily.

 

3. Confidentiality and Safeguarding

Anything you share during a one-to-one conversation is treated as strictly confidential. The only exception is if there is a serious concern about your safety or the safety of someone else, in which case we may be required to share information with appropriate services.

 

4. Keeping Your Information Safe

Any notes or contact details are stored securely and only kept for as long as necessary. We take care to protect your privacy and comply with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017.

 

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what information is held about you

  • Request corrections or updates

  • Ask for your information to be deleted (unless it must be kept for safeguarding or legal reasons)
